All The Colors In The Sky
Tonight as I sat down to blog for the radio as I do every Sunday I sat in our sun room looking out the window searching for inspiration. Well look no further than the setting sun’s spectrum of color in the evening sky. I saw pale peach and powder blue and moments later it was a cotton candy concoction.
People always ask me how I shop and it’s by 3 simple rules: color, texture, fit. Color draws me to a piece, it’s always for me the jump off point. Then comes texture that’s why your first impulse is to feel something when you walk up to it. Finally you try it on and it needs to fit like a glove. Clothes should brighten the experience of life, only buy things that make you gasp.
